Stardex devices Master Ultima –
multi-functional dual-channel simulator for a complete
test and calibration of Common Rail injectors, pumps and
UIS/PLD systems:
Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Cummins, Caterpillar,
Detroit, L’Orange etc…
Master Ultima can test any injectors – electromagnetic and
piezo, with single and two-valve/actuator (two and four pins)…
Built-in high-performance computer with Ubuntu Linux
operating system.
Thousands of test-plans of Common Rail injectors and pumps
and EUI/UIS/PLD injectors.
Stardex Ultima devices can high-precisely generate any original
signal
of any manufacturer of Common Rail, UIS, HEUI, HPI, XPI
systems, existing today and will be created in the future.
The electronic digital measuring unit, which automatically
measures the delivery and back flow of injectors and pumps,
is integrated in this device.
Ultima device automatically measures the resistance
and capacitance of piezo injectors, and the resistance
and inductivity of coil injectors.
The Stardex Ultima can test all injector systems —
electromagnetic and piezo, including injectors with single- and dual-valve actuators (2-pin and 4-pin).
It supports injector coding for Bosch ISA/IMA, Delphi C2I / C3I / C4I,
Denso, and VDO (Continental / Siemens) injectors.
The device can generate up to four different voltages, up to 400 V, both
positive and negative, as well as up to three current levels within
a single pulse.
The Dimas Quattro Ultima test bench is capable of high-precision
generation of original control signals used by all major manufacturers
of modern Common Rail systems.
The Ultima device also automatically measures the electrical
characteristics of injectors, including: resistance and capacitance of
piezo injectors and resistance and inductance of electromagnetic
injectors.
