Stardex device Nova Ultima –
multi-functional four-channel simulator for a complete
test and calibration of Common Rail injectors, pumps,
UIS/PLD, HPI, HEUI, XPI etc…modern diesel systems:
Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Siemens, Cummins, Caterpillar,
Detroit, L’Orange etc…
Nova Ultima can test any systems – electromagnetic and piezo,
with single and two-valve/actuator.
The device has 3 independent pressure regulator channels.
Stardex Nova Ultima test modern Common Rail pumps
from smallest to biggest.
Built-in high-performance computer with Ubuntu Linux operating
system.
Thousands of test-plans of Common Rail injectors and pumps and
EUI/UIS/PLD etc… injectors.
The device has unlimited possibilities for creating the high-precise
signal.
It can produce up to four different voltages up to 400 Volts
(both positive and negative), and up to three levels of current
during one impulse.
Ultima device automatically measures the resistance and
capacitance of piezo injectors, and the resistance and
inductivity of coil injectors.
The device checks up to 4 injectors for the test.
Nova Ultima can work with Stardex Stream flow meter and
in this case is available Bosch ISA/IMA, Delphi C2I/C3I/C4I,
Denso and VDO (Siemens, Continental) injectors CODING,
Step 3 and Piezo element stroke measuring function.
We recommend you to start the test from the measuring
of electrical characteristics of coil or piezo elements of injectors.
Ultima device automatically measures the resistance and
capacitance of piezo injectors, and the resistance and inductivity
of coil injectors.
The measuring of ectrical characteristics allows you to test
the condition of the coil or the piezo element:
to detect full or partial inter-turn short circuit of a coil,
to detect the degree of wear and tear of piezo actuator etc…
